Open Vinyasa Yoga with Becca

Open to people with all levels of yoga experience (including none), this class will guide you through standing and seated postures with intentions of aligning breath and movement, bringing awareness to your body, and moving toward stretch and strength. Variations and cues will be offered to make this class comfortable to you– whether you are an absolute beginner, someone who’s been practicing for years, or anyone in between.
