Vinyasa Foundations: Build your yoga practice from the ground up with this beginner flow. You will have the chance to move through foundational poses and sequences while exploring what modifications and props would best suit your body’s needs. While this class could be considered to be “gentle”, be prepared to challenge your balance and strength between moments of grounding and breathing. Great for beginner yogis or those that want to refresh their rudimental practice.

Vinyasa Flow: Move and flow at an active pace during this vinyasa practice. A time of centering and breathwork leads into energetic sequences that aim to strengthen the core and mobilize the entire body. A cool down will follow to give time for stretching and re-centering before ending with a short meditation and Savasana (a resting pose). This class is great for those who are confident in their practice and those that want to challenge their strength and flexibility.
