Gentle Vinyasa Flow: Build your yoga practice from the ground up with this beginner flow. You will have the chance to move through foundational poses and sequences while exploring what modifications and props would best suit your body’s needs. While this class could be considered to be “gentle”, be prepared to challenge your balance and strength between moments of grounding and breathing. Great for beginner yogis or those that want to refresh their rudimental practice.

Vinyasa Flow: Move and flow at an active pace during this vinyasa practice. A time of centering and breathwork leads into energetic sequences that aim to strengthen the core and mobilize the entire body. A cool down will follow to give time for stretching and re-centering before ending with a short meditation and Savasana (a resting pose). This class is great for those who are confident in their practice and those that want to challenge their strength and flexibility.
Individual Dance/Movement Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease (PD):
Renew your relationship with your body using movement, breath, music, and dialogue as the methods to explore and invigorate the mind/body connection. These sessions are tailored specifically to your needs and will focus on the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical goals that you will select in collaboration with your Dance/Movement Therapist during your initial consultation. Each session will meet you in the moment with the purpose of strengthening your expertise of your body and your navigation through the day to day. Regular participation in one on one dance/movement therapy could increase resilience, empowerment, and general well-being in your life.
