Weekly evening Rest and Recharge Yin Yoga classes offering relaxation and a reset to prepare for the new week ahead.

 

Michelle is a RYT500 Yoga Teacher registered through Yoga Alliance. Michelle is trained in multiple styles of yoga, breathwork and meditation. Classes are taught from a trauma-informed lens and are adaptive to meet the needs of everyone. Classes incorporate and put into practice the eight limbs of yoga. Yoga is a beautiful movement therapy, which connects us to our intuition and builds a greater knowing of our inner and outer worlds. Beyond the physical benefits there is stronger resilience, increased ability to overcome stress and a focus on whole person wellness.
